Just FYI, The Dal Soggio Sphere Cartridges are available for 48mm KYB forks. I'm getting ready to put a set in and I'll post up how they work, although I already know the answers!
To vacuum or not to vacuum? That's the question. If your shock isn't serviced properly and your tuner doesn't vacuum your shock it may be time to find a different tuner. The shock on the right is one I have previously service and vacuumed when built. The shock on the left was not vacuumed and you can see the difference. It was most definitely lacking in the damping department.
Someone is getting the really good stuff. Sphere Cartridges!!!
