BIG Congrats to ALL of our clients this past week!! Shannon, Kevin and Ryan helped 4 clients get Under Contract!! This first home went Under in JUST a month and... the second home was Under Contract in ONLY 3 DAYS!!! Our team helped our clients go Under Contract on almost $5 MILLION worth of real estate last week!!!

As most of you know, we opened our own office in St. Robert just 90 days a...go and we are about to open our second location in Rolla as well. Going out on our own and opening two new offices nearly the same time has definitely had some challenges. We had 45 Buyers and Sellers all Under Contract at the SAME TIME to buy or sell their home! Last year we received the Pulaski County Board of Realtors Salesperson of the Year Award. This means that our team was the #1 selling team in our area! This year we have continued to remain #1 in rankings and are ranked #1 in 8 surrounding counties of Mid Missouri. We have more pending contracts than we have ever had... We have more homeowners putting their trust in us to list their homes for sale... We have more buyers trusting us to find them their dream home... Our team continues to grow in staff, agent count, and production... Our business continues to grow very quickly and we owe that to you, our AMAZING clients, family, and friends. Your support gave us the courage to go out on our own and because of that we are able to better serve you!
