Nuclear Engineering Alumnus John C. Wagner to speak at S&T commencement! Dr. John C. Wagner of Idaho Falls, Idaho, director of Idaho National Laboratory (INL) and president of Battelle Energy Alliance LLC, will speak at commencement ceremonies at Missouri University of Science and Technology this month. Wagner will receive the doctor of engineering, honoris causa. Commencement ceremonies will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, May 14, and at 9 a.m., noon and 3 p.m. Saturday, May 15, ...at the Gale Bullman Building, located at 10th Street and Bishop Avenue in Rolla. America’s Nuclear Future Symposium Missouri S&T recently hosted a symposium titled America’s Nuclear Future. We asked some of the top minds in the nuclear industry to join us via Zoom to discuss the opportunities and challenges for nuclear applications from energy to agriculture to defense and more. We had a great turnout with nearly 200 registrants, lively discussion and thoughtful questions from the audience.
