NEW HOURS COMING SOON! As of July 1st the Fitness Center hours will be open Monday through Friday from 5am-7pm. If you would like to workout BEFORE 5am or AF...TER 7pm or anytime on the weekend, you will need a 24 access code for just $5 per month. What if you don’t want 24 access? YOU STILL NEED A CODE The cardio room door that is currently unlocked during the day will now be locked all day long. You will need to pick a code you will remember to get into all the doors except the front Fitness Center door during our open ours. Just stop by the front desk to pick your code during staffed hours. The Salem Community Center @ the Armory will be closed today in observance of Labor Day. We will open tomorrow at 8am.

As you are aware, beginning today the Healthy Dent County Fitness Center will be closed until 4/24. Most of our members pay their monthly dues automatically, e...ither thru their bank account or by credit card. Since staff is not in the office, these auto payments are set up to continue as usual. Since Healthy Dent County is a non-profit that relies heavily on our member fees, we would graciously ask that our members consider this month’s fees as a donation. This pandemic has affected everyone and we totally understand if you would like a refund and we ask that you notify us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and your refund will be processed upon our return. We are all in this together and together we can continue to keep your fitness center operating. #healthydentcounty See more

In compliance with the statewide order, beginning Monday,The Salem Community Center @ the Armory, including the Fitness Center, will be closed. Doors will be locked and 24 hour access codes will not work. We are sorry for the inconvenience but want our community to be safe and remain healthy.

We are cancelling all group fitness classes until April 6. Cancellations will go into effect tomorrow, April 18. Kickboxing and Pilates will go on as scheduled ...tonight. We ask that you spray and wipe down all machines and equipment before AND after use with our hospital grade disinfectant available in each room. Again, all classes are canceled for two weeks, but the remainder of the fitness center will remain open to members only. No day passes or visitor passes will be offered at this time. We have a lot of members in the high risk categories and it’s the responsibility of our healthy population to do all we can to protect those members. Volunteers for AARP will be conducting free tax filing assistance at the Salem Community Center@ the Armory computer lab this year. This free tax filing assist...ance will begin on Friday, January 31st and continue every Friday until April 10th. Appointments can be made by calling the Salem Community Center at 729-8163. See more

Lock in your rates for the new year at Healthy Dent County Fitness Center. Starting February 1, 2020 there will be a slight increase in rates for the Fitness C...enter. All members signed up before February 1st, 2020 will have a locked in, lower rate. The Fitness Center membership includes access to the cardio and weight rooms, pickleball, ping pong, and the basketball gym once completed.
