BULK COMPOST NOW AVAILABLE! We've had a lot of requests for compost and we've finally got it! Our compost blend is a great amendment for your vegetable and flower beds and is available by the scoop (roughly 1 cubic yard). MULCH is also available by the scoop for top dressing those flower beds. Come and see us at the NURSERY location off of Route M to get your beds ready for planting!

For the first time in a long time, the forecast shows MORE SUN THAN RAIN this week!!! We know the last few weeks have really thrown a lot of gardening and flower planting for a loop but rest assured, we still have plenty of material and it's NOT TOO LATE! From vegetable plants, summer annuals and baskets, to perennials and shrubs, we still have you covered! We are open today till 4, and then 9-6 the rest of the week, come and see us on Morley in Moberly.

Well... it sure is nice to have a warm place to work when it gets nasty outside! We aren't very big fans of snow here at the Nursery - who else is like us and is ready for the sun to shine and for it to WARM UP?? We will go from one greenhouse to six houses up and running in the next few weeks.. BRING ON SPRING!!

If you missed our story from earlier this week, we had our first plants of 2021 come in! Colocasias (elephant ears), vinca vine & fuchsia cuttings and a couple other neat items for the coming season. From our family to yours, we wish you a MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR! We were blessed this year with all of the support we had during this trying year and can't wait to share 2021 with you. We hope everyone has a great holiday season and stays WARM and HEALTHY!

Our propagation house is well underway for the 2021 season! The foliage green starts are rooting, ferns are looking better than ever, while spikes (dracaena) and asparagus ferns are going too. It might be a bit chilly outside but a warm 68 degrees in the greenhouse has us excited for the coming spring - stay warm out there!!
