Out and about doing some GSI dryer start ups!

We installed this GSI 1116 grain dryer for a farmer that was not going to wait on Mother Nature! Dryer has the capabilities of running continuous flow full heat or heat and cool through continuous batch.

Here is GSI’s new UnderBin Conveyor Power Sweep System in operation!! Once all grain is finished running out of wells, power sweep is engaged and LOOK OUT! This equipment really moves the grain! Power sweep cleaned out 36’ bin in 38 minutes!

Here is GSI’s new to market UnderBin Conveyor System w/ direct drive power sweep. We installed a 3 bin system. This is a single conveyor that spans 3-36’ bins with a power sweep in each bin. This UnderBin Conveyor system is used to transfer cooled grain to final storage at 6,500 bushel per hour. Give us a call to see where we can help increase efficiencies in your operation.

Guys did good work today getting this GSI 12 Versa-Loop built. It is 10k conveyor that spans 3 bins. Auger will dump in one spot and fill 180,000 bu. of storage.

I was at GSI’s - Intersystems plant in Omaha on Friday. We were on a plant tour when we came across this little guy. It is a boot section for a 50,000 bushel per hour grain leg.
