Happy Memorial Day!

I always try to wake up with a grateful heart. I have a roof over my head, food on the table, two happy healthy children and people I look forward to seeing every week. But life is busy and time flies by. So today I wanted share the love and tell each of you just how grateful I am. Much Love

Last week during the bitter cold, the sprinkler system in the empty space next to Aspen froze and then burst flooding the entire space. While Renew is fine, the empty space is now being gutted and at times is very loud. I would like to apologize to everyone for the noise. Hopefully it won’t last long.

Hello my friends! Well, as most of you know and for those of you who don’t, I am finishing up Medical Assistant school next Friday September 4th. After class, we are required to do an externship of 160 hours in a medical office in order to complete the program and be eligible to take the final exam. Beginning Monday September 21st, I will start my externship. Unfortunately, Renew Massage and Body will be closed Monday-Thursday until October 16th. I WILL STILL BE OPEN ON F...RIDAY AND SATURDAY. After my externship has ended, I will know more as to what my hours will look like for the future. Thank you for understanding and for your patience. Our bodies absolutely amaze me!!! I have learned so much being a massage therapist for the past 14 years on how resilient and strong the human body is. Now, getting ready to finish medical assistant school, has more than solidified my infatuation with how the body can heal and what it can do!
