Good afternoon! We are looking for a landscaping/groundskeeping company to take care of the grounds here at our park. The job would include mowing, weed management, debris and trash pick-up etc. all on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Vendor must be licensed, insured and must have own equipment.... We have several sites open, we have both 30 and 50 amp electrical hookups, on-site management, lighted paved streets and a country atmosphere with town conveniences. Good morning, Red Maples! We hope that you are all having a good week so far! When we got into the office, this morning, there was a set of keys in our drop box. Someone had dropped them off with a note stating that they were left in a mailbox door. If these are yours, please reach out to the office and we will get them back to you.... Also, regarding the park-provided dumpsters, we noticed that there is a good amount of trash left on the ground around the dumpsters. We ask that you please be sure that your trash goes into the dumpsters. If you toss and miss, please, pick it up and get it into the containers. As always, please, observe the 10 MPH speed limit in the park and remind your visitors. Park office will be closed on Monday, January 18, 2021 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Good afternoon, Red Maples residents and guests! We hope that you are all safe and warm, today! As you are all aware, we had a pretty significant ice/snow storm over the New Year break. We are aware of the amount of downed branches as well as other issues due to the storm. We have a crew coming in tomorrow to get this all cleaned up for us and hopefully, take care of any branches that still pose a danger to homes or vehicles....
