I have been so blessed to be super busy with work and haven’t had a chance to post to my business page. This little fella was found in an attic recently. The access opening was very small and it was a chore to get back through the attic, but I know the importance of having a trained set of eyes check everything possible. In the back, I found this bat and some evidence of bats. Why is this an issue? Bats are considered an endangered species and it can cost thousands of dollars to have bats and their disease-infested guano removed. It has been a while since I posted a motivational home inspection photo. Yesterday, I discovered a tree that had grown up through the front of an AC unit. I looked at in in amazement thinking about the importance of always finding a way to grow even when the path isn’t perfect. I hope you are all doing well.

Good morning, my friends. Inspection inspiration day... Sometime when we rise, we have to make some twists and adjustments in order to get to the next level! How many defects can you see in this electrical panel? There are quite a few. Electrical and HVAC are 2 of the biggest concerns when buying a home. Those happen to be a couple of my strongest areas. What rough year for America, but it has been an incredible year for PV Home Inspections and it’s not over yet! I had a bunch of inspections come in this week. I have 2 today in St. Joe w/ a radon test and one tomorrow in Maryville. I’m already booking into next week! Interest rates are still low and the market is still prime to buy and sell. The picture was a collapsed flue pipe in an attic that was venting carbon monoxide into the attic space. Easy fix, but extremely dangerous if it was missed.
