PHOENIX PHYSICAL THERAPY IS AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS AND REMAINS OPEN TO ASSIST ALL PHYSICAL THERPAY NEEDS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

To all XFactor (Phoenix) Fitness GYM members, The Governor made it pretty clear today in his COVID-19 report they will now be forced to use the measures that are available to them to enforce the guidelines he has set for return to work. The request to issue citations to non-compliant businesses was denied by state legislators. He stated that the measures they will be using now are more aggressive than citations and will include shutting businesses down or pulling business lic...enses that are non-compliant. Whether we agree or not, we are opting to comply, as we cannot afford to lose our license or ability to do business in the future. We have no idea when the Governor will allow gyms to open back up fully. As of May 29, we are approved for 1 on 1 training and outside classes, which we will be initiating. It looks like the month of June will be shot now for full opening. At the end of the day, we know that our decision to comply with the guidelines is the right one, regardless of the fact that other local gyms are not complying. We actually would like to have a business to return to when the restrictions are lifted! I would like to apologize for the personal inconvenience to you, but I am not responsible for the pandemic, or setting regulations to keep our business closed. Hopefully we see you back after we are allowed to LEGALLY open. If you follow the states progressive opening, you will be accessing the same guidelines we are using, and will know when we are opening.
