When a bond was passed to build a new school, the fate of this beautiful structure was threatened. #PrairieFireDevelopmentGroup saw an opportunity to both preserve this community asset, while also addressing the demand in Baxter Springs for affordable senior housing. Today, this award winning project has been placed on the historic register and is home to many happy residents!

#PembertonSeniorLiving is our property highlight of the week! Before developing this project, the site consisted of a run-down greenhouse and vacant buildings creating a fifteen-acre eyesore and dangerous situation for the surrounding neighborhood. Today it is a 55+ community consisting of 80 market-rate and affordable residences and maintains a 3-year wait list!
