Received this, this morning from State 4-H "It has been decided that the 2021 Missouri 4-H State Horse Judging Contest will be hosted virtually Saturday, February 27 Sunday, February 28. Similar to other virtual ag contests we have hosted, State Horse Judging will be administered using Qualtrics and youth may complete it at any time over the course of the weekend. Registration will be open in 4-H Online January 15 to February 15 cost to participate will be $15 per youth.... Coaches may register for no charge. No refunds will be granted. There is no limit on the number of members a county may register in the contest. Those registered will not be divided into teams prior to the contest. The top three individual scores in a county will determine the team score for that county for each division. The contest will consist of a combination of performance and conformation placing classes. Youth may choose to give reasons (seniors 2 classes, juniors 1 class), but they will not be included in their score for their contests and recognition for placing in reasons will be given separately. Please let us know if you have any questions. We are still determining the status of our other contests and will let you know as soon as decisions are made."
