Regarding the pedestrian struck last week in Clayton Village, the victim was treated for injuries and is recovering. The suspect who fled the area was identified, located and arrested. Thank you to all witnesses who remained on scene and provided us with valuable information which led to the suspect's arrest.

There was a significant Police presence in the area of Clayton Village today as we responded to a call for a pedestrian struck. Upon arrival it was determined a pedestrian sustained what appears to be serious but non-life threatening injuries when a white in color pickup driven by a white female struck the victim and left the scene. This is an active and ongoing investigation, so please continue to monitor our social media outlets for updates.
