We are extremely excited to announce that we are beginning the process of connecting customers in our Avon Knight Service Area. The green area in the image east... of the railroad tracks is immediately ready and the red area west of the tracks will be ready within about 3 weeks. We will begin the process of installing drops in both areas, however, so that we can clear the demand backlog as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please continue to be patient. This is brand new service and requires an enormous amount of underground work. We will be working diligently to get everyone connected. An email will be sent to the addresses you pre-registered with asking for an e-signature on our Terms of Service documents. Once you e-sign those and submit them, you will be placed in the queue for installation. If you pre-registered and do not receive an email by Tuesday December 22, please call the office at 573-757-6641 and ask for the fiber department. Someone will be able to assist you. We are always excited to bring service to a new area and this is not exception. We hope you are as excited about #ruralbroadband as we are! See more

Updating our previous post which I have included here...We were notified that our customers DVR firmware upgrades will occur on the evening of November 30th. **...Original Post** We have previously sent out the following email to our DVR customers, but we would like to post the information here as well so that as many customers as possible are aware of the upgrade. This only applies to customers with both TV service AND Whole-home DVR service. Our Television partner, Co-Mo Connect is working with a new company to be able to offer streaming TV service to our customers. This upgrade will allow us to offer a streaming "app" to our customers with iOS or Android devices on which you will be able to watch our TV service on-the-go. DVR service will be included in the cloud. We think this will be revolutionary and we are excited to be able to offer this service. One downside to the new upgraded platform is that customers DVR recordings and schedules will be deleted entirely during the firmware upgrade process. This will occur at midnight on Thursday, October 1st, 2020. We realize this is a rather large inconvenience. We encourage all DVR customers to get caught up on your recorded content and take notes of your scheduled recordings so that you can reschedule those after the upgrade is complete. We feel like the upgrade in service and the new offering will far outweigh the burden of losing recordings. Thank you for your patience and we appreciate you very much! Pemiscot Dunklin Fiber

It has been a long road, but the last two of our fiber huts have been placed over the last two days. That brings our total network points of presence to 13. We ...still have a lot of work to do to get everything connected in these buildings, as well as outside construction, but we are well on our way to completing our initial build out next year. It seems like yesterday that we started this project, but it has been one of the most rewarding projects most of us have worked on. We really look forward to the day that we can say we have reached 100% of our membership! See more

Missouri communities deserve to thrive. Rural communities have suffered from a lack of reliable, high-speed internet availability for long enough. Today, we hav...e the opportunity to change that. The Rural Broadband Acceleration Act will expedite the availability of federal broadband funding and allow those planning to make high-speed broadband service available to thousands of rural communities to quickly start construction. Share this post and visit https://bit.ly/GORuralBroadbandNOW to urge Senators Roy Blunt and Josh Hawley to support S.4201 to expedite broadband funding. #RuralBroadbandNOW #BridgetheDigitalDivide Tag and mention your senators Senator Roy Blunt and Senator Josh Hawley See more
