Matt VanHoosier was re elected as board president even though he had the worst tenure in our history we felt it was fair to give him another shot. **** 2021 Tourney Schedule ****... MILWAUKEE (Sussex Bowl) - March 11-14 $11,000 Added FLORIDA (St Cloud) - April 22-25 $6,000 Added ST LOUIS (Weldon Spring) - June 10-13 $5,000 Added Plus EVANSVILLE - August 19-22 $6,000 Added SOUTH CAROLINA (W. Columbia) - September 30- October 3 $6,000 Added TEXAS (TBD) - December 2-5 What you notice here is some BIG changes in our normal schedule. This is for 2021. Hopefully in 2022 we go back to a more normal timing for all our events. We feel at this time we still need to make adjustments with the world of Covid. This may not make everyone happy but it’s what we feel is best for everyone. Florida is moving to April. We won’t effect the date of Dave Sandmire Adam Fitzgerald event in Wisconsin. We also feel this gives more time for us to have a larger event in April. St Louis is moving to June. We will also be at a un-normal setting for our tourney. It will be at The Bluffs Golf Course in St Charles County. There is a hotel right next to the course. We will educate them on what a GT tourney is. It might mean we bring in a buffet of food or bar b q for lunch over the weekend. But they do weddings and such so they do have a full kitchen on site. It will be pretty much players only and friends/family at the venue obviously. We have some outside sponsors for the event that we will go into more detail later and PEGT will also be kicking into the prize pool. Anyone else know of any potential sponsors to increase the prize pool, shoot me a PM or text. End of year is still not nailed down but we will definitely have a year end event somewhere. Hopefully Texas (Shane Marques no pressure). Like I previously said we will combine both point totals and year end money from 2020 and 2021.
