Thanks so much to Smart Chicken for donating nearly 7,000 pounds of chicken on behalf of the company's 18th annual Smart Giving Holiday Challenge campaign this morning! This donation will help provide healthy and protein-rich meals for families facing hunger this holiday season.

Thanks to everyone who submitted a kind note for families facing hunger this holiday season! These notes are being distributed at Mobile Food Pantries through the end of the year. A little compassion goes a long way.

Big thanks to Hy-Vee for donating a truckload of assorted food products to The Food Bank this morning! This will help provide so many meals to families facing hunger in the midst of the pandemic.

Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk, Springfield, MO looked a little different this year, but so many participants still generously donated nonperishable food! We're grateful for this continued tradition with the Springfield-Greene County Park Board.
