As precipitation persists, road conditions continue to deteriorate. If possible, do not travel, as road conditions are dangerous! If you must commute be sure to allow yourself an additional 30 minutes of travel time as roadways are completely covered and slick. We would like to thank City of Richland employees for their continued work on battling the snow accumulation.
