I was debating whether the STL_LVE Pride shirts should be offered online via shipping as each shirt is truly individual in and of themselves. This print technique is tedious to set up and VERY difficult to stabilize and MUST be printed by hand. I do, however, love the way they turned out even though theyre imperfect. Poetry in art really and truly.

An issue that weighs heavily on my heart regarding my community is it's reluctance in accepting the LGBTQ+ community. As I find myself engaged in conversation with allies and members, I realize many of the intersecting struggles that face my community (read: Black) in being a minority in America are those of the same in the LGBTQ+ community. Not to mention those in juxtaposition of being both Black/ Brown as well as those under the LGBTQ+ umbrella, a double minority (which, I... could delve into more, but is a much more pointed conversation). With this new design, I would like to forward proceeds to minority focused LGBTQ+ non-profits here in StLouis. "Metro Trans Umbrella Group" is on the list but feel free to comment with others/ more. Supporting marginalized groups should never be a thematic/ performative focus only in February or June, but a conscience thought every day. We have the resources, we just need to do the work.

Growing up, I would sit and eat fruit with my grandpa and watch Robin Smith on Channel4. Aaaaand I dont really have a punchline or a good correlation for this caption but if you know, you know. Otherwise just another print job for a client.
