More often than not, children don’t complain about foot pain or problems walking, so it is important their feet are checked during childhood to identify any concerns. If your child is struggling with issues like flat feet, balance, foot pain pigeon toe, or even growing pains, take advantage of our FREE podiatry assessments through the end of May! Call Ozarks Community Hospital of Gravette today at 479-344-6870 to set up an appointment.

Congratulations to Andrea Stockbridge! She was nominated OCH's January Employee of the Month! Andrea is always dependable, efficient, and unfailingly punctual. In fact, I have never worked with a person who gives as much attention to detail as she does. Over the last month Andrea has went well beyond the expectations of her position by arriving to work early to fit in last minute nurse new hires, worked extra hours almost daily to ensure new hires were processed as quickly a...s possible, conducted candidate phone screenings and scheduled interviews for managers who were otherwise burdened by COVID demands. Without hesitation, she answered evening/weekend phone calls with the most friendly tone knowing I was going to ask for assistance outside her normal work schedule. She projects this same warm, cheerful attitude to our patients, visitors and staff. I have seen her resolve conflicts and handle other difficult situations with remarkable patience and admirable tact. I believe these characteristics represent all that is good here at OCH. - Joshua Barry We are proud to have you on our team, Andrea! Thank you for all of your hard work.

Congratulations to Mindy Kendrick, FNP, for being selected as the 2020 OCH Provider of the Year! Mindy has been a provider with OCH for 19 years this June. She was deployed with the United States Navy as Commander during the Covid Pandemic to Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. After deployment she returned home to the OCH Lawrence County Clinic. She truly has a heart for patient care! She was truly missed by her patients, as if they had a family member deployed. We are very proud of our hometown hero and feel it is very fitting for her to be chosen throughout all of OCH as Provider of the Year, Stefanie Hohensee, OCH Lawrence County Clinic Manager, said.
