These 5 ingredient peanut butter cookies are perfect for all my people out there like me that have that nightly sweet tooth after dinner. Heat 1 cup PB and 3 tbsp honey in microwave for 1 minute then mix in 2 scoops protein powder and 3 tbsp oats. Put in fridge for 20 min to harden. Using an ice cream/cookie scoop/spoon scoop out cookies onto parchment paper. Place a few dark chocolate chips on top of each cookie. Store in fridge for 3-5 days.
Substitute for hard boiled eggs Easy egg muffins you can make ahead for the week and then freeze if you don’t get to in time. Need: 12 muffin pan Olive oil cooking spray... Seasoning of choice (I used Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning) Pinch of salt and pepper Instructions: *heat oven to 350 degrees; spray muffin pan with olive oil cooking spray; crack one egg in each hole in muffin pan; add seasoning and or salt/pepper; bake for 15 minutes 1 serving=2 muffins
