Happy Nurses week to all the nurses! We work with some of the best!! So grateful for all our nurses do to make sure our patients are not only taken care of but advocated for! We wouldn’t be who we are without you.

Starting off the year with Jan and Feb GEM winners being two of our Physical Therapists! January our winner was Jo, PT! ... We were super busy and she helped by being flexible with her schedule to get patients seen timely. February our winner was Mandy, PT! Patient was very impressed with her being quick to help her and friendly! Thank you both for all you do! You deserved it!

During these times that have been trying and difficult for many, it is so nice for our patients to send praises for our staff to hear. We are so happy to help our patients and their family battling this illness.

May your holidays be filled with happiness, health, good cheer, and warmth of family and friends. Thank you to our own staff that worked the holiday as well as many other essential employees to keep others safe, healthy, and happy taking time away from your own loved ones. Okay... time to vote! Employees... you can still post until voting closes if you decide!

Since we can’t get together this year for a company holiday party like we normally do - we decided to still try to play a game together! Instead of an UGLY sweater, we asked employees to make an UGLY mask. We are asking our Facebook followers to vote on their favorite! Staff are going to be posting their pictures in the comments now through 8am on 12/21. 12/21-12/22 will be the voting - we will post a reminder! And our staff winner will be announced 12/23!

Even though COVID made the Palmer Senior Center Christmas a little different (a drive thru), it was still a great day! Over 200 were provided a holiday meal. Half those in attendance won a door prize. All got to see Santa and get some holiday cheer from many community agency helpers!

We are so thankful for our staff, patients, and referral sources! A little extra thankful for all those working today! Some may have a hard time feeling thankful this year with all that is going on, but we hope everyone has a safe and Happy Thanksgiving.
