Northland Racquet Members, Due to the Stay at Home Order issued by the Mayor of North Kansas City that starts tomorrow (March 24th) and as of now runs thru April 24th, 2020, Northland Racquet Club will conform to the order and will be closed after 8pm tonight until further notice. The Stay at Home Order is going to hit the finances of Northland and other businesses hard, but we also know it will be hitting our members as well. Northland Racquet Club will not be charging... any member dues for the month of April. For those of you that have permanent court time Northland Racquet Club will extend the season how ever many weeks you miss. Hopefully, when this is over you will continue to support Northland Racquet Club as the new owners made a strong commitment to the members with all of the improvements to the club. We hope all of you stay safe and healthy Please continue to check our Facebook page for any developments as all of us prepare for this situation the whole world is now facing. I personally want to thank all of the members, it has been a pleasure getting to know all of you, and I could not have asked for a better group of people. Tim Weber

Northland Racquet Club "Live Updates" 08.08.2020

March 17, 2020 We at Northland Racquet Club have been closely monitoring national, state and local updates regarding the COVID-19. We understand that many of you will choose to exercise social distancing while others have told us they want the option to continue to play tennis. Whether or not to come to Northland Racquet Club is an individual decision, and one you must make. For those members who come to Northland, please know that we will be taking extra precautions to r...egularly clean the facility and urge members to continue to wash and sanitize their hands as necessary to minimize the risks as much as we can while continuing to provide you the options you want. To aid in these precautionary efforts, starting Wed March 18th, we will no longer provide water on the courts. We will also not provide coffee, because these are items several people touch throughout the day. For those who choose to exercise social distancing, we understand. As a result, for any of you who have prepaid for any clinics and do not want to participate until the concerns over the COVID-19 have subsided, we will be offering you a credit to use for future clinics and/or private lessons. This decision may change depending on how events continue to unfold. We are giving each of our employees the choice on whether they feel comfortable coming to work as well. If a change in circumstances dictates a change, we will be sure to notify you with respect to any updates as they happen. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We also ask that you book your courts at least one day in advance so we may better prepare our cleaning and keeping participation to 10 people or less each side. I am implementing a right to open late or close early according to previous day bookings. If you call in the day of, you may not get a court or a court at your time preference. With this week being spring break, and you have been traveling or have been on a plane, in consideration of members that have put themselves at minimum risk, we ask that you wait 2 weeks before coming back to the club. We appreciate all of your efforts in helping us with this situation that everyone worldwide now has to deal with. Please continue to check our Facebook page for further updates. Thank You Northland Racquet Club Management
