A few mini laser engraved signs I made from some scraps laying around.
I saw this first picture online and well now I built one lol. Still have to sand and finish it but its close enough lol. This one was all from scraps in my burn barrel and I'm going to build a nicer one from some oak scraps tomorrow. Once I install them I'll post pics of the squirrels eating at them lol.
Built the wife and I some under the desk foot rests today, used up some scrap pine crate boards and part of a old stair tread.
I have been doing some testing with laser engraved and cut solid wood inlays and this is the final result! It's a solid elm cutting board with a solid walnut inlay. I laser engraved the image deep into the elm and then laser cut the image from walnut and glued them both together and sanded flush.
End table I just built for my wife. It is walnut with a hand rubbed oil finish with a flush mounted piece of acrylic over the void in the wood with 18" hair pin legs.
