On May 23, 2021, Pentecost Sunday, three young people were baptized! Pastor Ruth Ann reviewed the Five Finger exercise as a means for us all to remember faith, repentance, baptism, remission of sins, and gift of the Holy Spirit.

Transfiguration of our Lord 2/14/21

As an outward expression of our love for God and others, the Elders of Nixa Christian Church have made the difficult decision to suspend in-person worship services for an undetermined length of time in response to the surging COVID-19 pandemic. This is our effort to keep our congregation safe and support the valiant efforts of the healthcare workers in our community. HOWEVER...the church is not closed and we will continue to worship and partake of communion as is our custom. ...Sunday worship services will be posted on Facebook each Sunday morning at 10:45 am. On the evening of December 19 the Blue Christmas/Longest Night service will be posted to Facebook. On Christmas Eve we will post our service at 7:00 pm.
