Update 5/6/20. How are you doing? I thought I'd jump in here to check on you and let you know what I've been up to. I've taken a couple workshops through the interwebs that i really enjoyed, I've started knitting a bright lime green sweater for myself with a pattern I've been saving for 3 years. It's an advanced pattern for my novice level knitting skills but i really love the yoke so I'm goin for it! Pics later. I've been monitoring updates from officials about phases... for ending this pause and so mu start date is June 1, 2020 unless the city makes adjustments. I reviewed my protocols, made some adjustments and am now putting supplies in place for when I open. In a week or so I'll be sending out an email update as well as posting here all the info you'll need. I sure am missing my family community clients and massage. Hi all, I've hit another level of chill as I have started lining up things(workshops, books, youtube videos, etc) to education stimulate and motivate action. CEUs, inbound marketing,w Fanocracy, socal media marketing, and I've created a weekly schedule at a glance to keep this moving train on track. These along with cooking some meals, naps as needed, KDrama, amazing concerts on Qello, knitting, long more relaxed max walks, intermittent stretches, and a strong desire to get back to massaging keep me balanced. See you soon STAY IN TOUCH UPDATE: March 21 2020 Another week has passed and all of us have continued to make adjustments as things slow, evolve, and close around us. For the next weeks we have been asked to stay home in an attempt to FLATTEN the viruses curve and save ourselves from the rapid spread of it. We have decided to pause services for now. While we pause, I'm gonna be catching on something I've been meaning to do, get out for longer walks with Max, and practice my TaiChi daily. Friends Network help me and maybe another friend of yours out: I'm looking for 4 practitioners fresh out of school, or under a year in their practice who would participate in a trial run of my associates program at Heartland Massage and Bodywork Center. It would run for 6 months and would require working part-time at Heartland. This is a pay per session while you train opportunity. If interested please send your resume' to [email protected] . Good food for thought and a good list to take action on. Just pick 1 or 2 at the most to begin incorporating into your weekly life and notice any differences. If you like it keep it if not, add a different one and begin again.
I've been talking about this for 2 decades now. So many ways we live currently create a barrier to hugs, pats, handholding, strokes etc between friends. We're starving from the distancing.

and by Nature I am assuming this means OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME in your neighborhood get out and look at the trees, listen to the sounds, take your shoes off and stand in some grass, sniff the flowers, notice everything take it all in. of course, escaping to a park or "the country" is fine too, but don't wait, just step outside and BEGIN!
