The St. Louis branch has temporarily closed to allow Mercy Hospital access to an area below the credit union that is in need of urgent repair. We have been informed to expect the closure to last approximately two weeks. The St. Louis Credit Union staff are available by phone to assist you, we can be reached by phone at 314.251.4540.

Mercy Credit Union Oklahoma City location has been impacted by COVID related to childcare and virtual school for the upcoming fall semester. We will temporarily close the lobby at the end of business on August 21, 2020 for approximately 30-60 days. Phone calls will be routed to the main office in Springfield, loans services will not be interrupted, and all other services will continue to be available. All Credit Union Locations Will Resume Lobby Business On June 1st! We have taken measures to protect our members and staff by adding germ guards, scheduled sanitation of common surfaces and as previoulsy practiced making hand sanitizer available to members. We also will not handle loose coin - we can accept and give out coin as long as it is rolled. Each offices will be following social distancing recommendations and we will post on the front door the maximum capacity allowe...d in each location. We look forward to seeing you!!! The lobbies will remain closed until we have adequate supplies to protect our members and staff from the COVID-19 virus.
