A move that caused great anxiety to Cori who is a gym newbie but has chosen to dedicate herself to getting into the best shape of her life. Jeremy has been an inspiration to her as well as her biggest supporter. ... These two are quickly becoming one of my favorite couples that frequent our little gym in Arnold As you slide through you will see Cori’s timid start at 65lbs, with Jeremy watching close by. Being timid didn’t last long though, as she challenged herself to not only take on and conquer 135lbs, but also put up 155lbs just a few short minutes later!!! To see the confidence in her rise and the determination to move the weight take over someone who was so nervous at the beginning of the session...it’s a better feeling than hitting my own PRs! I am so proud and so blessed to get to train these two as they push towards their goals! I tell this to everyone who takes time out of their busy lives to learn about mine. There are very few things that have had as profound an impact in the development of who I am. Not just in my nutrition and physique, but in my mental and spiritual health as well. The gym has been a second home, a temple, a sanctuary, and the platform from which I now apply and teach the lessons that it has taught me. I’ve made lifelong friends at the gym. I’ve also made lifelong commitments a...nd lifelong decisions in the gym. The gym has boosted my ego while simultaneously kept me humble. The gym has unequivocally changed who I am forever. I hope to one day be able to share the impact it has had on me with my children. The relationship I have shared with the gym is one of my healthiest relationships in my life.
