Some more pictures from yield monitor calibrating #happyharvest #harvest2020 #AgricultureFTW
First yield monitor calibrated on soybeans so far this year #happyharvest #harvest2020 #AgricultureFTW
Been a busy few days calibrating combines around the area for our customers. Remember, it’s harvest season, so please be mindful of farm equipment moving on roadways. #happyharvest #harvest2020 #AgricultureFTW
It’s true you know
If you didn’t know, we carry Ritchie water systems for livestock. Stop by and see the product and parts catalog for them.
***UPDATE*** Hi Wentzville, this pretty girl didn't work out with her temporary foster family and so far no one has claimed her. If you are interested in adopti...ng her she has been taken to the St. Charles County Animal Control please contact them for adoption at (636) 949-7387. This little lady was found in the Planet Fitness parking lot trying to get in a workout this morning. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have a collar, tags or microchip. If you recognize her please contact her human family and call Officer Horvath at the Wentzville Police Department at (636) 327-5105. Until then she will be working in the records room filing police reports for treats. Thank you.
From 1965, this is I-70 at Wentzville. This picture is taken looking NW, from around Hwy Z looking towards the Wentzville Parkway. Nothing but farms, fields and trees back then! You can see off to the right our old fertilizer plant back when it was still on this side of I-70 rather than the other side
Is anyone missing a keyfob to a Toyota Rav4? This was left here at the store, about 2 weeks ago and it is still here. We still have it for you. Also, not sure how you made it home without this...
Bruno is near the GM plant. Or he was. For safety reasons, the DNR made the choice tranquilize him. They were afraid he would be hit trying to cross I-70 or I-64. They are moving him south, supposedly to the Mark Twain National Forest. Hopefully he can continue safely from there. #brunothebear
Bruno is now in St. Charles County. He was see. Here crossing at Chain of Rocks. Be safe, big guy #brunothebear
My yard used to look like my neighbors: had a big bare spot that took up most of my yard in this picture and when it would rain, it would look just like my neighbors. Muddy, with standing water in most of it. I seeded, limed and fertilized my yard and now that my grass has established, it looks much better in this area. Especially when it rains. We just got a 1.5 here (not Wentzville) and this how my yard looks. There is some standing water closer to the gate, but nothing li...ke it used to be, and nothing like my neighbors now. Having grass, something green and growing does wonders for surface runoff, erosion and water infiltration into the soil. Plus it looks better. So, if you have bare spots in your yard, look into seeding it with good quality grass seed, and give it a boost with some fertilizer and pelleted lime. It’s not too late to do it. It may need some watering if the rain shuts off here in July and August. Stop by the store and we’ll hook you up
I think my weather app has its head buried in the sand. It’s still confident we have a 20% chance for 0 of rain. Good thing we don’t make judgements to spray based off of this app. At least it has a nice radar
