Muddy Buddy Tackle Company

I purchased a 2013 Skeeter with a Yamaha 250 4 stroke on it with 46 hours. I had it serviced after purchasing and took it out to try it out after everything was finished. The boat was amazing, until the crankshaft cover blew. I took it in for service and was informed that it was supposed to be fixed via a service bulletin. the service department informed me that it was all my cost. I checked about the service bulletins and the owner has to go into the dealer to check on these.... No info is mailed to the owners. So the previous owner never had it fixed. The bulletin ran out in 2017. I called Yamaha only to get a huge run around and talked to like a dog by some young kid. "All good things come to an end" , is what I was told. I even offered to pay service if they would cover the defective part. but no was a final answer. I then asked to talk to a supervisor but none was available so they would call me back, no call as of yet. So much for standing by your name and service. Only about the money. See more
