Today is Armed Forces Day, meant to recognize those who have served or are serving in the U.S. military. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for this country. Your sacrifices and commitments are honorable, and we appreciate all that you do. Please share a photo of your favorite service member in the comments!

February is Black History Month where we celebrate and highlight the richness of the Black experience in American history. This year, as we reflect on the continued struggle for racial justice, it is a priority for us to elevate and enhance an environment conducive to inclusion, education and support for all GMR team members. The theme of Black History Month 2021 is "The Black Family: Representation, Identity, and Diversity", chosen by the Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH). ASALH will be hosting a virtual Black History Month festival. We encourage you to join with others at this virtual event to learn and celebrate. https://asalh.org/

This week is National Burn Awareness Week. According to the National Fire Protection Association, approximately every 60 seconds someone in the U.S. sustains a burn injury serious enough to require treatment.
