Mt Olive # 439 AF&AM

August 19th will be our stated meeting. We will be voting in new Officers for the following year. We will eat at six and open lodge at seven. Hope to see you there brethren.

A big thank you to Brothers Mark Dameron, Ron Cron and James Ford for getting the walls finished in the elevator shaft. Greatly appreciate the work they have done on our old lodge.

Monday June 17th is our Stated meeting. We are also having our Official visit by the DDGM, Rite Worshipful Brother J.B. Dickenson and DDGL, Rite Worshipful Brother Mike Smith. We eat at 6pm and start at 7pm, join us if you can.

We had a very historical visit at the lodge, Clifton Truman Daniel and his wonderful wife, and Mary Jean Eisenhower came and toured our wonderful old lodge. Mr. Daniel is the grandson of President and past Missouri Grand Master Harry S. Truman. Mary Jean Eisenhower is the granddaughter of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. We had a great time visiting and talking about the lodge. An experience that will never be forgotten.

We had a great corner stone laying ceremony at the judicial center in Marshfield, Mo. today. The Grand Lodge Officers and combined officers of Webster Lodge #98, Mt.Olive lodge # 439, Hazelwood lodge #459 and Henderson lodge #477 performed a very beautiful ceremony. Thank you to all who attended and thank you to all that helped.
