For 26 years I have followed Westside Barbell, adopting their methods and eventually became a Westside Barbell Certified Special Strengths Coach. Now, at Mick's... Gym, I put into practice everything that I have learned. Some things not included in the below vid - bar weight on box squat was actually 675 which was 45 pounds over my max at that time. My wife pulling a PR 2x body weight sumo deadlift (265). This was her third attempt on this weight this day. Real trooper to stick with it till she got it. The second vid is my video analysis of it for my virtual clients. Hopefully this will help someone struggling with the same issues. Enjoy!
