Congratulations to the 417 Sister Team, Doneen, Dana, and Stephanie for winning Dog Gone Mold's Realtor Spotlight of the Month! The Sister Team started out originally with Coldwell Banker and now work at a newer international iCloud brokerage, EXP Realty, which they love! They have all lived in the Ozarks for over 30 years and are as involved with the community and volunteer work as any people we have ever met!... They have always been involved in volunteering with church and their community. For the last few years, until COVID, they have been a part of feeding the homeless every Saturday downtown and organizing meals, clothing and everyday living items. Doneen is currently a board member of the DREAM FACTORY of SWMO, which grants DREAMS to chronically ill children. This chapter has only been started a year and half ago in the area and they are getting ready to grant their first "DREAM"! The closest chapter has been at the Lake of the Ozarks, so they are excited to bring this to SWMO! Dana has worked with the youth at her church for most of her adult life, doing weekly classes as well as mission trips to help inner city youth and adults. If you have gravel and a vapor barrier installed in your crawl space, make sure the gravel is on the bottom or you will have moisture problems that eventually lead to mold and rot.
