Hello Guys/Gals, its been a while since our last post... Anyways, over the past few weeks we have been having a couple of customers come in with a small yet very annoying issue with their galaxy phone and if you are also having this issue we are going to show you how to fix it. Okay so basically the issue is that when someone from your "Contacts" list calls you, it only shows the phone number and not your contacts name and if your like me I tend to ignore calls unless its shows as one of my contatcs. The culprit is a bug/ glitch in the App named "Call Protect" so until an update to fix the bug/glitch comes out the best options is to disable it by going to Settings>Apps>Call Protect and clicking on the Disable option. An update to fix this issue should be coming soon and once it gets updated you can Enable it again
