Doing it again! It’s time for an addition of 50,000 sf to a current 175,000 sf MiTek manufacturing facility at the Fountain Lakes Commerce Center in St. Charles, Missouri. The expansion will include multiple large bridge cranes, as well as improvements to the existing building.

Keystone Construction Company is on target to beat the Wisconsin winter weather! This 94,000 sq ft self storage building in Beloit has roofing complete, exterior skin nearly complete and interior storage units being installed.

We were pleased to have St. Louis CCIM Chapter members tour our newly completed project, The Factory STL, in Chesterfield, Missouri. This was a great event to show off the regions newest indoor concert venue as well as Main Event at The District at Chesterfield. Thank you to Staenberg Group, CCIM St. Louis Chapter, and The Factory STL for a nice evening.
