Let’s talk about the #mindset of exercise + tips for staying consistent while on vacation! Mindset: Exercise is for mental health just as much as physical health! This is true during regular day to day life + vacations! ... Tips: - plan a vacation around movement (hiking , snowboarding, skiing, swimming/ snorkeling, walking tours, biking, picking active excursions, kayaks, etc) - Get your workout in first thing in the AM - Have your family or friends join in - Plan at least the day before what your workout is - Actually pack workout clothes, shoes, socks, etc - Bring a jump rope or bands - Set realistic goals. Decide if you are going to exercise minimally or exceed what you usually do - Try something new specific to that area - Do research before to find out what parks are close or what to do (walking tours are great!) - Have FUN!
