Brandon Robinson, an Entrance Screener at MoBap, is one of the nicest humans you could ever meet. He's friendly, chatty, and genuinely cares about what you have to say. Brandon joined the MoBap family in December but has already secured a legacy for himself as he is our first line of defense protecting us from COVID-19. Depending on the screening entrance he may be assigned to, he could perform between 100 and 250 screenings per hour. Brandon says, "the key is being able to r...ead people's eyes; they may have sadness, uncertainty, or fear. Emotions show through the eyes, which is how I pick up on what may be going on for our patients and visitors. The eyes are all that I have to be able to start a conversation with a patient or visitor before gaining entry into the medical center." We may all be growing tired of answering the same questions about experiencing any symptoms: such as cough, trouble breathing, loss of taste or smell, body aches, sore throat, diarrhea; taking our temperature, masking, and ensuring our hands are clean after touching anything. Brandon prefers to think that these are the things that will help us beat the virus. "COVID-19 knocked us all on our butt," says Brandon. "We are a nation that rises and fights against things that threaten who we are as people. We can beat this if we all work together because this virus can and will affect us all."
