The traffic signal at West Osage and Lamar Parkway is currently flashing red. This is an equivalent to a four way stop. Everyone be extra careful and watch for people who aren't familiar with the concept.

Sub-district 4 covers the northeastern border of Franklin County, the City of Pacific, including portions in St. Louis County and part of Jefferson County, southeast of Pacific that includes Hwy F and Hwy FF.
