Today is World Teacher’s Day! Last month, Marler Law Partners ran a Teacher’s Appreciation Program Meals On Marler. How are you going to show appreciation to your children’s teachers?

In April, new laws were passed in Missouri and other states to strengthen first responders’ ability to file workers’ compensation claims due to COVID-19. However, with the influx of new claims, it’s become a slow process. This week is Marler Law Partner’s final week of #MealOnMarler Teacher Appreciation giveaways. Thank you to all who nominated their teachers and a special thanks to all the teachers in our community! Mrs. Hartz was nominated by her community for an amazing job of getting her students off on the best start possible in this crazy year! She's been diligent about sending every fifth grade family a detailed weekly update about what her All-Stars are learning and how the fifth grade... team is working to address the social needs of isolated kids. Mrs. Tomlinson was nominated by her community for going above and beyond during this transition to virtual schooling. Parents say she is patient and connects with the kids despite the virtual format. It's apparent a lot of planning goes into her lessons, and she tries to reach each kid wherever they are. Mrs. French was nominated by her community for an absolutely amazing job with the new normal of virtual learning. She is always available to both the kids and parents. Although students never got to formally meet her in-person, you would never know it because she treats each kiddo like she has known them for years.
