The National Guard will be performing free COVID-19 testing at the Macon County Fairgrounds on Monday, July 20, 2020 from 7am-3pm. Here’s an update on the newest numbers of Covid-19 cases for our county. Please protect yourself by proper hand washing and social distancing. If you are feeling ill or have any of the symptoms mentioned we are seeing patients in vehicles and taking extra precaution to prevent further spread. The Department of Health and Senior Services and CDC are not waiving any immunization requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially for back-to-school e...ntry. State law indicates immunizations must be completed before the first day of school. These and other routine immunizations remain a top priority for vaccine-preventable diseases.
