Here at Grbic we are dedicated to cooking Eastern European cuisine in the traditional old school way. This all starts by using the freshest locally sourced beef & veal available that is then butchered in house by Mr. Grbic himself! Our evapi are the true definition of the farm-to-table dining experience! It all starts with a little farm in Red Bud, Illinois, then the beef is broken down in house and mixed up using our traditional family recipe that dates back almost 100 years!
