We have two refurbished laptops for sale! They are Panasonic CF-T8 Toughbooks. I upgraded them to have 4 GB of RAM and 120 GB solid state drives (which made them much faster). They have Windows Vista Business on them but could be upgraded to Windows 7 if you wanted to later.
