If you get a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, hang up and block their number immediately. If you have already given them access to your computer and/or given them money, don't panic. Take your computer off the internet and bring it in to a trusted local computer repair business, such as ours. We will check over your computer and make sure all is well. After bringing in your computer, make sure to call your bank and they will assist you with the necessary precautions.
