For Sale-Fresh beef We are taking two FFA & 4H calves to be butchered at Paradise Locker on the 20th of Sept. Paradise does an excellent job of processing and the meat comes in clear pressure packed see through plastic- You can purchase a Quarter beef (approx. 175 lbs), a Half beef (approx. 350 lbs) or a full beef... (approx. 700 lbs) the price is $3.50 a lb. we will pay the processing (70 cents per pound) Paradise will call you for cutting instructions when the cattle are ready, you can have the meat cut according to your family size, example 1,1.5 or 2 lb packs of hamburger, roasts by weight and steaks by thickness preference. New calves are hitting the ground here at Lincoln Farms! (See the first and second picture) Also, we are currently selling halves and quarters of our grass and grain fed steers. We’re taking 2 steers to be processed next week and we have 1 half and 1 quarter left. We did pretty good at the Clinton County Fair this past Tuesday. Duke won Grand Champion Shorthorn bull and Cupcake won Grand Champion Shorthorn Heifer
