We did it! We made it through our first week back. It was amazing to see all of your smiling faces again. We want to thank all of you for your kindness and patience as we continue to navigate this new normal! We couldn’t do it without all of you, literally we couldn’t, we wouldn’t have anyone to work on! We will be out of the office until Tuesday May 26th for the Memorial Day weekend. If you haven’t heard from us to reschedule your appointment don’t worry, we will continue calling all of you again next week. Be well my friends and we will talk to you soon.

Hey everyone! Stay with me this is a long one! Dr. McClaflin has been a busy bee while the office has been closed trying to keep up with the new guidelines and required PPE to keep you and us safe while we take care of your oral health. The office is planning on reopening our doors on Monday May 18th at 8:00AM and we are so excited to see all of you! If you had an appointment while we were closed we will be reaching out to you to get that appointment rescheduled just as soon... as we can. It’s going to take a little magic and a lot of flexibility on all of our parts but know we are going to do the very best we can! As you may be aware there are some new protocols we will need to follow for the time being that will make the office look a little different. All patients will be screened over the phone for symptoms and again upon arrival for your appointment. When you arrive we ask that you call the office to check in and wait in the comfort of your car. When the operatory is disinfected and ready we will call you to come in. All staff and patients will have their temperatures taken upon arrival anyone registering 100.4 or above will be asked to reschedule their appointment. We will kindly ask that you wash your hands or use the provided hand sanitizer upon entry to the office. All patients must arrive alone. Minor patients may be accompanied by one adult. As always, and even more so during these times, we ask that if you are feeling under the weather that you postpone dental treatment. All of these new changes does not change how we as an office run! YOU, our patients, are like extended family members! So keep bringing in those pics of the kids and grandkids or that amazing project you’ve been working on and share it with us! It really does make our day!
