We have made the decision to put our noon meetings on pause until after the holidays. With that said, we are sharing our caterer's info. Karen Leverenz does an amazing job and we will miss her food during our break. She has freezer meals available if you are interested in purchasing please reach out to her on her business page Karen's Catering.

Julie Leverenz, on behalf of the Rotary Foundation Trustees, was present at the November 19th Louisiana Rotary club meeting to recognize Dottie Brown-Murray and John Murray as Major Donors to the Rotary Foundation. Dottie and John, members of Louisiana Rotary for 31 and 20 years respectively, have contributed regularly to the Foundation and this year their cumulative giving reached the highest level of recognition. The Rotary Foundation supports worldwide programs that pr...omote peace, fight disease, provide clean water, sustain mothers and children, improve education, and strengthen local economies. Additionally, the Rotary Foundation makes a difference locally through grants received by the Louisiana Rotary club to support projects for the Louisiana Public Library, Louisiana Area Historical Museum, all three of our schools, the Pike Pioneers Nutrition Center, the Twin Pike Family YMCA, and many other benevolent activities through the years. Dottie and John give not only financially to the work of Rotary, but also continue to give time, leadership and encouragement to all who serve in the Louisiana Rotary. Thank you, Dottie and John, for your generous support!

Louisiana Rotary thanks you, Louisiana, for purchasing 200 dozen donuts on Election Day and making this a most successful fundraiser for our club! We look forward to serving our community with the proceeds!

Interact is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young people to participate in fun and meaningful service projects. Our local Interact is a GREAT example of our youth learning Service Above Self!
