Cheese 101: Homemade Goat (or cow) Milk Cheese https://www.livinggreenandfrugally.com/homemade-milk-cheese/ This cheese is so easy anybody can do it, and it’s delicious too. Since we have goats, I use goat milk for this cheese, but it works with cow milk just as well.
Quick and easy Goat milk cheese. I love adding garlic, fresh tarragon, chives, caraway seed, paprika, of course slat and pepper. Also I fresh jalapeño and sun d...ried tomatos are excellent in this cheese. (I don't add all of these to one cheese). I also make cheese with cultures. So far all have been soft cheeses.
We have approximately 1 to 1 1/2+ gallons 5-7 day old goat milk that's half price & still good to cook with, make soap, smoothies, cheese, give to pets, keifer, etc.. So please let me know if interested. Thanks!
