REPORTS TO: The Assistant Operations Manager will report to the Operations Manager. JOB OVERVIEW: You are a hands-on hardworking team player, seeking to make a difference in the lives of others by being the best that you can, to exceed every customer’s expectation, and to make it a delicious, friendly, clean and efficient operation.... RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Hands on working with all aspects of the operation. E.g. Front, back, line-cook, cook, prep, etc. Able to work well with and value people from different walks of life Enforce company policies and procedures regarding the handling of food, food quality control, cleaning, opening, closing, cash, property, products and equipment Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary QUALIFICATIONS: -Passionate, honest, teachable, always trying to do better, & service-oriented leaders -1 years of restaurant experience with leadership capacity -Ready for challenges -18+ years old -High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred -Must pass Cooking Test annually (training provided) -Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends -Must have a valid driver's license, and own reliable transportation King's Asian Chef managers can have the opportunity to embody an entrepreneurial spirit while learning from a very hands-on and fast-paced environment.
