Responsibilities: Under the direction of the senior staff, perform the duties required for general maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of Purina Farms grounds and facilities. Be able to assist with event set-up and tear down. Act as ambassadors of the facility and deliver exceptional customer service for guests of all ages.... Take note of any discrepancies within the facilities or on the grounds that would deter from the image of the property or those that would be seen as safety concerns. Report all findings to senior staff. Assist with the care and maintenance of resident animals when needed. Help educate guests on Nestle Purina PetCare Company, Purina Farms and our products as well as our commitment to responsible pet care. Qualifications: Must be able to work with Purina Farms staff to coordinate the daily operation and upkeep of Purina Farms. Must be able to work with a variety of groups, clubs and organizations and serve as a liaison between these entities and the Purina Farms staff on a daily basis as well as during special events. Must be able to work under senior staff direction and guidance as well as independently. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays. Must be able to work in all weather conditions including outdoor areas around the property. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Some animal and pet knowledge would be helpful.
