BENTON COUNTY The Forbes Landowners Association will host a Meet the Candidates Night at their community building on the corner of Gardiner Road and M highway on July 22nd at 6:00 PM. Candidates running for the positions of Southside Commissioner and Sheriff will be present. There will be a question and answer session for each position. Everyone is welcome as space permits. You may c...all (660) 438-4039 for more information. Both positions are very important to all Benton County residents. It helps to have individuals in these positions that will work with us. This will give you the chance to evaluate all candidates. We will supply coffee, water and ice tea. We would like to offer cookies, cupcakes and/or donuts.
